ACT OF KINDNESS
Kindness is the quality for which Human being have been created .As quoted by one of the Urdu poet, Khawaja Meer Dard,
dard-e-dil ke waste paida kiya insan ko
warna taat ke liye kuchh kam na the karr-o-bayan (dard)
In English, We human being are created to have pain for each other , otherwise Almighty have enough of the creatures for His worship .
So, Almighty have built in kindness for others in every one of us.Sometime this kindness is very small like to open door for someone and leaving seat for someone and sometime its big like to help financially the needy persons. This Kindness creates the difference among good and bad human beings , as Iqbal said
Hain log wohi jahan me achay,
atay hain jo kaam dosro kay..
Which means that Good people are those who help others.
So, I personally practice kindness on daily basis. Here are the few kindness which I remember I have done in last 4 hours.
- Helping my Group mate to understand Project work
Yesterday received whats app message of one of my group fellow and he was having some confusions related to some project we are working on it. I have cleared him all his issues and offer him to contact me anytime if he again have any problem.
2. To Call My office colleague who was late for Point
While going office, when I entered in point, I have not seen one of my colleague . I called him and asked where is He? He was late so stopped the point for him.
3. Cooperation with office fellow for Report working on new model
After morning meeting, one of my colleague asked my cooperation for report working of newly manufactured vehicle. Although , it was not my domain but I cooperated with him and prepared report. Primary reason was to help him and secondary reason was to be Linchpin and to increase my knowledge areas.
4. Helped a colleague in Weekly Meeting;
Today in weekly meeting , my colleague was unable to find board markers and I arranged for him.
5. Giving water to thirsty girl;
When I returned from office, A girl was standing outside of my house . She asked for water and my mother asked me to give her chilled water. So, In this way Allah given me another opportunity to be kind with His creatures .
So, In the end , I would say that Being Kind is the attribute of Allah Almighty, if we will do kindness with other , He will be kind to us when we need His kindness.
